October 1986 to January 1992
Served as Vice Chairman of Corporate Business Development.

FRANK B. HALL & CO. INC.
July 1983 to September 1986
Served as Vice-Chairman of the International Reinsurance Division and various related companies; concentrated on development of new markets and indigenous business in Europe and Southeast Asia.

ALEXANDER & ALEXANDER INC.
April 1966 to July 1983
As from 1968 remained personal new business leader for my entire tenure.
In 1969 created and managed Hemisphere Marine & General Insurance Company; The first A&A managed reinsurance company. The company specialized in quota share treaty business from worldwide sources dealing in multiple currencies and risks.
Accredited for the development of a Bermuda insurance company management facility from inception to growth of 30 professionals and 27 managed "Captives" in one year. Responsible for the direct management of captive "third party" reinsurers for major corporations.
In 1970, became Head of Production. Simultaneously, created the Special Projects Division which engaged in specific services for clients involving raising venture capital. Introduced the concept of offering financial services, mutual funds manager, property tax consultants, and other functions.

NEW ENGLAND LIFE INSURANCE CO.
January 1963 to February 1966
Entered insurance industry as a Life and Accident and Health trainee and was named leading "freshman" sales person in the history of the company. Received training in Corporate and Estate Planning.
Conceptualized Underwriters Life Insurance Co. of New York for the purpose of dealing with impaired health risks sold the charter and business to an investment syndicate.
